About Us
Brierley Park Caravan Storage started in March 2019. The site was converted from scrubland to a hardstanding 1.89 acre storage site at the beginning of 2019 by us. We have been caravan and motorhome owners for 30 years and decided to open our own storage area after struggling to find storage for our own motorhomes. We achieved CaSSOA Gold Accreditation on the first time of asking in April 2019.
We are located 5 minutes from the A38 and just a few miles from junction 28 of the M1. Access to the site is really easy. We are located on Brierley Park Industrial Estate, Sutton-in-Ashfield being in a great location to serve Mansfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Tibshelf and plenty of other local villages.
Access onto the site is through a set of wide double gates through a security barrier system with number plate recognition CCTV systems.
When the site is full we expect to be able to store 200 vans. The way we work is by parking and retrieving caravans for you so when you get back from your holiday you can just turn up and unhook and leave all the heavy lifting to us. When you want to take your van out just let us know and we will pull it out ready for you to collect and make sure the tyres are all inflated and no obvious problems so when you arrive it will be as easy as hooking up and getting away for your holiday.
In terms of security we have earth banks or trees lining every edge of the site so the only entrance is through the gate next to the site office. In addition to this we have 8ft tall welded mesh security fencing topped with barbed wire to all sides of the site.
We also have the latest HD CCTV system with PIR and movement monitoring alarms covering all areas of the site. These systems are monitored 24h 7 days a week and capture audio as well as video. In addition to this we also have floodlighting throughout the site and a number plate recognition camera on the gate which also recognises when anyone approaches the entrance.
We also have a designated concrete wash area for washing caravans and motorhomes.
This area is free to use for anyone wishing to wash their own van or alternatively we can supply the equipment and chemicals or offer a wash service for a small fee.
If you are looking for a more detailed service including paint restoration and protection to leave your van looking as good as the day it was new we have a specialist detailer who visits site regularly.
