What are your opening hours for access to my caravan?
You are welcome to come and go as you please within the opening hours.
Can I carry out maintenance on my van?
Yes, you can carry out maintenance on your vehicle within reason. We ask that you check with us beforehand so we can move your van away from other vehicles if necessary, there generally shouldnt be any problems so long as the work doesn't interfere with adjacent vehicles.
Are you an insurance recognised storage facility?
Yes, we are CaSSOA Gold Accredited. This means you may be entitled to a discount on your insurance premium.
What do I need to bring when I store my Caravan?
When you first bring your van in we will have a small amount of paperwork for you to complete and we will also take a photocopy of a photo ID of anyone wanting to use your van and a copy of your insurance policy. If you have a wheel clamp or hitchlock we will need a spare key for these so we can lock it up when you return it and when we pull it out ready for you to collect.
Do I need a motormover?
No, when you return your caravan you can just drop it somewhere convenient on the site and we will move it into its allocated spot using our own small tractor or electric motormover.
